Terms of Service

1. Our services

Sardar Limo provides chauffeur-driven transportation and related digital tools to request, manage, and fulfill rides in our service area (primarily New Jersey and the New York metro area). Availability of vehicles, ETAs, and pricing can vary by time, location, and demand.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any age or licensing requirements that apply to your use (including driver requirements for the Driver app).
• You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping verification codes and devices secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Bookings, fares, and payments

• Quotes and estimates may change based on route, wait time, stops, tolls, gratuity, or service level selected.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for trips, fees, cancellation charges, tolls, and tips where applicable.
• Cancellations, no-shows, and waiting-time policies may result in fees disclosed in the booking flow or by our team.
• Promotions and credits are subject to their stated conditions and may be modified or withdrawn.

4. Rider responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and be ready at the scheduled time.
• Treat drivers, vehicles, and other passengers respectfully; no illegal, hazardous, or abusive conduct.
• Comply with seat-belt and safety rules; secure children in appropriate restraints as required by law.
• You are responsible for damage to vehicles caused by you or your party beyond normal wear, and for cleaning fees when justified.

5. Driver and chauffeur responsibilities

Drivers and chauffeurs using our platform must hold all required licenses, insurance, and vehicle authorizations; follow traffic and safety laws; and provide professional service. Misrepresentation of credentials, unsafe driving, or policy violations may result in removal from the platform.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website or apps, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer our systems, interfere with other users, or use the services for unlawful purposes.

7. Third-party services

Maps, payments, messaging, and similar features may rely on third-party providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE uninterrupted availability, exact ETAs, or that every requested ride can be fulfilled.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SARDAR LIMO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE TRIP GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Sardar Limo against claims arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Privacy and account deletion

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy. Instructions for deleting your account and related personal data (including in-app steps for riders and email requests for drivers) are in the Privacy Policy section “Account and data deletion.”

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may modify or discontinue parts of the services. You may stop using the services at any time.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
